At Eco Wholesales, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to supplying quality products and providing a fair and transparent returns process. Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- You receive an incorrect item.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
- The item is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation.
- Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty or supplied incorrectly:
- Custom-built or configured servers.
- Special-order products.
- Software licences and digital products.
- Products damaged through improper installation or misuse.
- Clearance or end-of-line items marked as non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Product name and model.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of any damage, where applicable.
Inspection Process
All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Warranty Claims
Many products sold by Eco Wholesales are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer and product type.
Warranty coverage does not normally include:
- Accidental damage.
- Improper installation.
- Misuse or abuse.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the standard returns process will apply where eligible.
Custom-built systems and special-order products may not be cancelled once production or procurement has started.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend retaining all original packaging and taking photographs of the damaged goods to support your claim.
Return Shipping
Unless the return results from our error or a verified product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Business Customers
As a wholesale supplier, many of our products are sold to business customers. Certain consumer cancellation rights may not apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Please review your quotation or purchase agreement for any specific terms that apply.
