International Shipping

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt. If a shipment appears damaged or incomplete, please notify the delivery driver where possible and contact Eco Wholesales within 48 hours.

Risk and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the specified shipping address or collection point.

Delivery Delays
